Internal Coupling Motors
An industrial servo motor is a high-performance electromechanical device designed for precise control of motion in various industrial applications. It is a key component in servo systems, working in conjunction with sensors, controllers, and drive systems to ensure...
See the video visualising the comparison with a reference motor and the HDD integrated bellow coupling motor.
The unique HDD technology with an integrated bellow coupling, enables a more compact installation of servo motors. The motors are available in 92 – and 140 mm frame sizes, in a torque range from 2.3 Nm to 10 Nm, rated 3000 rpm and wound for 230 or 400 VAC. All motors can be supplied with or without brake.
The standard motor is equipped with straight connectors, resolver feedback, PTC thermal sensor and IP-65 protected. As options the integrated bellow coupling motor can be ordered with a variety of feedback systems, angled connectors, IP-67 protected and with pressurized air connection.

Bellow Couplings:
Two types of couplings are presently available, all using metal bellows. There are two bellow lengths that accommodate run-outs of 0.2 and 0.3 mm respectively. Both lengths have a stiffness of approx. 9 kNm/rad.
The CBE model uses an expanding shaft.
The standard diameter of the expanding shaft is 16f7; other shafts available on request.
The CBC model uses a single screw to clamp around the machine shaft. It can be delivered to fit shafts from ø5 to ø20 mm for ICM09 and up to ø25 for ICM14.
